The unique tri-lobe design with spring-loaded contact blades allows the pump to develop significant vacuum for outstanding dry lifting of liquids and self-priming capability. The blades made from an engineered resin allow for virtually continuous dry run use without damage to the pump. The FTS150 (1.5 inch) and FTS200 (2 inch) pumps feature tri-lobe rotors that deliver dry run capability for flow rates upto 180 gpm. The FTS300 (3 inch) and FTS400 (4 inch) pumps can handle up to 320 gpm and 600 gpm respectively. These larger pumps also feature a boosted suction to reduce cavitation and deliver high suction lift. The 3-inch systems are available with either a hydraulic motor, electric motor or diesel engine configuration. The FTS-400 Series offers a 4-inch system with an electric motor. All systems include a patent-pending two-stage pump that resists cavitation and delivers high suction and lift and high pumping vol-ume even when pumping fluids with high vapor pressure.
